We sleep too lit\u00adtle, think too much, and are always in a hur\u00adry. So when we final\u00adly sit down at the table, the last thing we want is to be exam\u00adined.<\/p>\n<p>That is why, at Famil\u00adia Fur\u00adlot\u00adti, wine is not a test. It is com\u00adpa\u00adny.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t think of wine as some\u00adthing for experts, con\u00adnois\u00adseurs, or the \u201cright\u201d age or occa\u00adsion. . About a sim\u00adple life.<\/p>\n<p>Not long ago I had din\u00adner \u2014 a chico\u00adry sal\u00adad from the vine\u00adyard, a fresh\u00adly gath\u00adered egg from our hens, some toma\u00adtoes stolen from my moth\u00ader\u2019s gar\u00adden and a glass of our own Semi\u00adl\u00adl\u00f3n. And I thought: this is real lux\u00adu\u00adry. Not because it was extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnary, but because it was true.<\/p>\n<p>That is what wine means to us. A bridge between the land and the table. Between rest and a meal.
