The hotel indus\u00adtry is not just stud\u00adied: it is lived, observed and learned over time.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The hotel indus\u00adtry isn\u2019t just some\u00adthing you study: you live it, observe it, and learn it over time. When I start\u00aded our <\/span>bou\u00adtique hotel in Men\u00addoza <\/span><\/strong>back in 2000, I did\u00adn\u2019t real\u00adly know what I was look\u00ading for. I also had no expe\u00adri\u00adence in the hotel indus\u00adtry. I only knew that I want\u00aded to pre\u00adserve a place, keep a house, a vine\u00adyard, a piece of fam\u00adi\u00adly his\u00adto\u00adry alive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Learning by observing nature<\/span><\/h2>\n

Over time I under\u00adstood that nature teaches\u2014if one knows how to observe it\u2014and that it was actu\u00adal\u00adly nature that taught me to observe peo\u00adple as well.<\/span>
\nThe cycles, the tim\u00ading, the silences, the slow changes.<\/span>
\nNoth\u00ading is forced: every\u00adthing unfolds nat\u00adu\u00adral\u00adly.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s how I learned about the hotel industry.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Observ\u00ading.<\/span><\/strong>
\nObserv\u00ading what the guest need\u00aded, what need\u00aded improve\u00adment, what gen\u00ader\u00adat\u00aded well-being, what made them smile.<\/span><\/p>\n

We went from hav\u00ading a 1.40m bed to a 2x2m one.<\/span>
\nFrom small bath\u00adrooms to inte\u00adgrat\u00aded bath\u00adrooms.<\/span>
\nFrom a sim\u00adple gar\u00adden to a vibrant gar\u00adden, full of birds, aro\u00admas and dis\u00adtinct sea\u00adsons.<\/span><\/p>\n

We always rein\u00advest. We always improve.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Evolve without losing your essence<\/span><\/h2>\n

We learned to read how times, trav\u00adel\u00aders, and ways of rest\u00ading and trav\u00adel\u00ading have changed.<\/span>
\nAnd thanks to that con\u00adstant evo\u00adlu\u00adtion, today we remain among the top hotels in Men\u00addoza, offer\u00ading that invis\u00adi\u00adble lux\u00adu\u00adry that is our gar\u00adden, our vine\u00adyard, and our wines:<\/span>
\nthose of Fin\u00adca Adal\u00adgisa and those of Famil\u00adia Fur\u00adlot\u00adti, which now num\u00adber thir\u00adteen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The true legacy<\/span><\/h2>\n

After more than twen\u00adty years, I believe my great\u00adest lega\u00adcy is not <\/span>a bou\u00adtique hotel in Men\u00addoza. My<\/span><\/strong>
\ngreat\u00adest lega\u00adcy is <\/span>self-learn\u00ading<\/span><\/strong> .<\/span><\/p>\n

The desire to keep learn\u00ading.<\/span>
\nTo do it a lit\u00adtle bet\u00adter each day.<\/span>
\nTo serve, to care, to pay atten\u00adtion to the details.<\/span><\/p>\n

The joy of see\u00ading oth\u00aders enjoy:<\/span>
\na glass of wine, a shared meal, a cor\u00adner of the gar\u00adden at sun\u00adset.<\/span><\/p>\n

True lux\u00adu\u00adry lies not in what is shown, but in what is felt.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
